Breaking the Power of the Record Keepers

Breaking the Power of the Record Keepers

I confess I’ve believed there are angels on each of my shoulders keeping record of my actions. I confess I’ve feared them and given them a place in my thinking and behavior.

I repent of believing in them and opening any doors to demonic influence or attachment.

I repent of believing in them and opening any doors to demonic influence or attachment.

Forgive me for submitting to Sharia Law as your standard of judgement and for following the rules and example laid out in the Sunnah and the Qur'an. I also repent of judging others according to this standard.

I renounce the belief that the Quran, Sunna and Sharia are your standard of judgement and truth.

I reject the claim that I will be judged by the laws of Islam and I renounce any place I have given to the two recorders.

I forgive those who have taught me to believe in the two recorders and reinforced fear and authority over me.

I renounce their role and claims over my life, and cut all soul ties with them.

I choose to forgive myself for giving place to fear in my life.

I break all agreements I have made with demons, including recording spirits, over my thinking, emotions, will and actions.

According to the eternal word of God, I declare all accusations, decrees and legal debts against me have been canceled and nailed to the cross and triumphed over by Christ. (Colossians 2:13-15)

I declare I am forgiven of all my sins, past, present and future, on the basis of the death of Jesus Christ and His blood shed on the cross.

I do not have a righteousness of my own that comes from the Law or adherence to the Sharia, but that which is through faith in Christ alone. (Phil 3:9)

There is now no condemnation for me since I am in Christ and I have been set free from the law of sin and death. (Romans 8:1)

Because I believe in Christ and have been born again, I have full assurance of my salvation that will result in acceptance before God, with the Holy Spirit as the seal of my inheritance. (Eph 1:13-14).

Because of what Christ has done for me, my name is written in heaven, in God's book of life, and my name is inscribed upon God’s palms (Luke 10:20, Rev 21:27, Isaiah 49:16).

I now cast out any demons that have attached to me through these false beliefs, including spirits of fear, control, judgement, pride, self-righteousness and legalism. I revoke your rights over me. Go and never return, in Jesus name!

I submit my life to the authority of the Bible and to the Holy Spirit, My Helper, who empowers me to live a holy life.

I joyfully receive conviction of sin, righteousness and judgment from the Holy Spirit alone (John 16:8-11).

I am accountable, in word and deed, to Jesus Christ, who is Judge and Lord of all (2 Cor 5:10).

أُعلن أنني حرّ من كل اتهام وأحكام من البشر أو أي كائن روحي، سوى الرب وحده. أنا مغطى ببرّه، ومقبول تمامًا ومغفور لي باسمه.

I declare that I am free from all accusations and judgements of men or any spiritual being, other than the Lord. I am clothed in His righteousness and am fully accepted and forgiven in His name. I submit all authority and rights of judgement to God, who is “able to keep me from stumbling, and to make me stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.” (Jude 1:24-25)
